Frame description
The versatile and rugged Reaction Hybrid Performance is built around Bosch's quiet, powerful Performance motor with 75 Nm torque. It's Bosch Smart System-equipped and fitted with a 600Wh battery for miles of pedal assistance. There's a clever flat mount for an optional kickstand and a mounting point for a multi-tool under the top tube. The Internal Cable Routing plus an innovative speed sensor setup flatter the frame's clean lines, and we built in our X-Connect system to make it easy to add a compatible ACID front light just by plugging it in. And, with Size Split, it's simple to find the perfect fit for you.

With a 65° head angle, 73.5° seat tube angle and a low standover, it's designed to be stable and reassuring when the trail is throwing questions at you and you're not sure of the answer. Short chainstays tuck the rear wheel under the rider for tight handling and superior traction, and there's plenty of clearance to run tyres up to 2.5in. Stealth dropper routing is standard, of course, as is a UDH hanger for future-proof gearing. And we included a durable moulded chainstay protector for quiet descents, plus an ISCG chain guide to keep everything on track.

Time-served riders will recognise the fact that the 140mm fork is wearing the legendary Marzocchi Bomber Z2 name, and there's a reason for that – no other fork model did more to raise the tough riding bar over the years. The Slash 8 is an enduro mountain bike that's built for pressing the send button again and again. The Domane SL 5 is ready to comfortably take on rough roads and long miles in comfort.
