Rugged. Simple. Dependable. Because we wanted the Aim ONE to just get out of your way and let you enjoy the ride, we gave it Shimano's reliable and easy-to-use Cues 1x9 gears with a wide-ranging 11-46T cassette. We backed that up with a set of Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, which have the stopping power you need in any conditions, wet or dry. Wide and comfortable 2.25in tyres hook you up to trail or tarmac, and a Suntour suspension fork with 100mm of rock-, root- and pothole-swallowing travel helps smooth the way. Plus, with Size Split, every rider can find their perfect Aim.
Frame description
You'll notice that the Aim's High Performance Aluminium frame features almost organic lines, carefully crafted tube profiles and joints that are so smooth, one tube practically flows into the next. None of that is an accident – we believe a frame that functions brilliantly should also have an elegant form. To that end, we routed cables internally – including provision for a dropper seatpost. Mounting points include compatibility with our Semi-Integrated Carrier 2.1 and a flat mount kickstand, while a tapered head tube ensures confidence-inspiring handling and the replaceable gear hanger means it's easy to get up and running again in the event of a knock to the derailleur. We sweat the detail, so you can just pedal...
